Matt Rich is a seasoned real estate professional and co-founder of Parallel North Properties, where he specializes in identifying, acquiring, and optimizing investment properties. With over 15 years of experience in the Twin Cities market, he has closed more than $100 million in residential transactions, developing deep expertise in valuation, negotiation, and creative financing strategies. His knowledge of residential property management and asset optimization plays a critical role in maximizing returns and ensuring long-term investment success. Matt’s ability to navigate shifting market conditions and uncover high-potential opportunities helps drive Parallel North’s growth while mitigating risk. A recognized “Super Agent” in 2024, he combines a strategic approach with a hands-on understanding of property operations to deliver strong results. Passionate about real estate investing, Matt is committed to expanding Parallel North’s portfolio and unlocking new opportunities for long-term value creation.

Ryan Sadeghi is a real estate developer and investor with a track record of leading high-value projects from acquisition to completion. As Co-Founder of Parallel North Properties, he has successfully acquired, repositioned, and managed multifamily assets, growing the portfolio beyond 50 units. He and Matt led the acquisition and renovation of a 34-unit building, securing over $1M in investor capital and achieving full occupancy above pro forma rents. Ryan also spearheaded the development of 35 Groveland, an $8M+ luxury condominium project in Minneapolis, managing entitlements, financing, and construction oversight. In addition to his development ventures, he has spent nearly a decade at Shea, Inc., a Minneapolis-based commercial architectural and design firm, managing complex projects across hospitality, retail, workplace, and multifamily sectors. His expertise spans deal structuring, pro forma analysis, and value-driven project execution. With a background in economics and real estate, he brings a strategic approach to maximizing asset performance. A former planning commissioner for the City of Golden Valley, he is passionate about shaping communities through thoughtful development. Ryan continues to seek investment and development opportunities that blend strong financial returns with architectural and market impact.
