35 Groveland is a luxury condominium development we designed and developed in Minneapolis — a modern building of refined residences with floor-to-ceiling glass, natural stone, and sweeping views of the downtown skyline. From exterior architecture to interior finishes, it reflects the level of craft we bring to every project.
A 19-unit new-construction residential development on a corner lot in the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. It blends townhomes, apartments, and studio units — each with its own private outdoor space. Fully entitled and ready for construction, it sits in the heart of one of the country's most vibrant arts neighborhoods, walkable to its breweries, restaurants, and galleries.
Yard 47 is a 34-unit apartment community we own and operate on Central Avenue NE. We run it hands-on — day-to-day management, maintenance, and resident relations all handled in-house — with recently refreshed interiors across the building.
